Hometown: Shorewood, IL

Volleyball has been a major part of my Coach Diamond's life since 5 years old playing on her first team in Chicago. She played school and club volleyball up until college, when she transitioned to coaching club volleyball and junior high volleyball at Holy Family and started school at Lewis University.
Coach Diamond spent twelve years coaching at Holy Family; coaching girls and boys volleyball. Seven seasons coaching at Belusa Volleyball Club before taking over as Club Director and Coach for Belusa United in the fall of 2014. In 2014, she began coaching at MCHS as the Freshman A coach, where she spent four seasons. She then became the JV for a few years and for the 2022 season will be back at the freshman level with her sister Ariel. Coach Diamond assisted the varsity coaches and players in 2016 and 2017 to the state tournament where we placed second both years.
When not coaching or running a club, Coach Diamond is a full time Special Education teacher at MCHS. This will be her 11th year in teaching and 9th in the program coaching.
She is strongly respected as one of the best coaches in our program & is highly qualified in instructing & coaching skills & game play to our program.
